More than 15 years of experience in senior management positions of IPR intensive technology companies, successfully developing and growing the businesses operating in the worldwide markets. Most recently since 2008, he has been the managing partner of Lexford Enterprises focusing on IPR intensive M&A, and raising capital for patent-related businesses and IPR intensive technology companies. In 2003-2008, he held the position of the CEO of a stock-listed technology company QPR Software Plc. and grew the business into more than 50 countries worldwide, and before that he was the SVP Sales and Marketing at QPR. Prior to that, in 1996-2000 he was Vice President at Computer Associates responsible for ERP and Supply Chain Management application business in the Northern European region. Earlier in his career, he worked as Plant and Production Manager at Pechiney S.A., and as Project Manager responsible for post-acquisition integration projects in the UK and Sweden. Kanninen is 46 years of age, and he holds a Master of Science degree from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Most recently since 2008, Founder and CEO of Tribevine Inc., in 2004-2007, Founder, CEO and CTO of Helmi Technologies Inc., in 1996-2010, Founder, CEO and Chairman at Visualway Design Ltd. In addition, Risku has been the Board member of Mainostoimisto VwD Ltd. (2010-2011), and Board member of Oulu Innovation (2006-2010), as well as, Steering committee member of Global Clusters program (2006-2008), and the Creative Business Management program/University of Oulu (2005-2007), Board member of Media Forum Oulu (2003-2006), and the Chairman of Young Entrepreneurs of Oulu network (2002). Risku is 36 years of age, and he holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oulu.

More than 15 years of experience in founding and managing companies, developing businesses and realizing the value of those companies. Most recently, he has been the senior partner of Lexford Enterprises. He is also an advisor at US based IP consulting group Intellectual Assets Inc., and the founder and Chairman of Anadeus Ltd., an expert advisor in IPR strategies, IP protection related issues and licensing of high tech patents in Europe, Asia, and the US. He has been involved with over 30 international licensing projects. During the years 2000-2003, he was the CEO and Chairman of the Board of a stock-listed technology company QPR Software Plc. Prior to that, he was the CEO of European Business Institute, which he co-founded, and later merged this successful consulting and executive training business with QPR Software. Kosunen is 46 years of age, and he holds a Master of Science degree from the Helsinki School of Economics
